Residential landlords in NYC must include several mandatory disclosure forms when presenting tenants with a lease. These required disclosure forms pertain to lead-based paint, window guards, sprinkler systems, bedbug infestation history, flood history, indoor allergen hazards, gas leaks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and reasonableLease Disclosure Forms accommodations for disabilities.

NYC landlords must also present tenants with an annual lead paint and window guard notice between January 1 and January 15 each year. Tenants must complete and return the form before February 15.
