This Privacy Policy explains what information NestApple Inc. (“NestApple”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use www.nestapple.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Who we are

NestApple is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of New York. We help buyers, sellers and renters in the New York City area and share part of our commission with our clients as a rebate.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on the site — a rebate inquiry, a home valuation request, a contact message or a newsletter sign-up — we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the property or neighborhood you are interested in, and any message you write. Our forms are built with Ninja Forms and Forminator; these tools also record the submission time and the IP address the form was sent from to help prevent spam.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic technical data when you visit: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores anonymized data on our own server, and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies and send usage data to Google. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether an ad led to an inquiry.

Consent records. We use Complianz to record your cookie choices. Your IP address is anonymized before it is stored.

Comments and accounts. If you leave a comment on a blog post, we store the comment, your name, email and IP address. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to show your avatar.

Cookies and third-party content

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics and advertising. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through the banner, and change your choice at any time. Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies: YouTube videos, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA on forms, and Instagram or LinkedIn links. These providers have their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a home valuation, or provide brokerage services and your rebate.
To send you information you asked for, and occasional updates you can unsubscribe from.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To measure our advertising and prevent fraud or abuse.
To meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed broker.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — our email and CRM tools, form and analytics providers named above, and, when you become a client, the counterparties needed to complete your transaction (for example the other broker, an attorney, or a listing service such as the REBNY Residential Listing Service or OneKey MLS). We also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and client records are kept as long as needed for the purpose above and for the period New York law requires brokers to retain transaction records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Blog comments are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time. To make a request, email info@nestapple.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request. You can also control cookies through your browser settings and our consent banner.

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
