How is the estimate calculated?
The seller pays both brokers, typically 3% to the buyer’s agent. We keep a third and rebate the rest, roughly 2% of the purchase price. Your exact number is confirmed in writing before you commit.
When do I receive it?
At closing. It is written into the agreement before you see a single apartment, so nothing depends on goodwill at the end.
Do I get a worse agent because you charge less?
