When priority is location, location, location followed by price and cleanliness 3L can not be beat.

Welcome to the Cherokee, an historic architecturally wondrous Pre-War Beaux Arts Landmark coop in the heart of the Upper East Side. A world class location surrounded by parks, restaurants, bars and every other convenience expected in the East 70s.

3L is an efficient winged 2 bedroom home. Each bedroom is comfortable and well lit with a nice closet. The living kitchen is open to the living/dining area which has a great feel to it. There is amazing counter space, full size appliances including a dishwasher and a large window bringing light and air into the home. The bathroom similarly is clean and functional. Combining the Triple-hung custom floor to ceiling windows and 9’6″ high ceilings, this home is an unmatched value for a usable clean space at this price.

Utilities included in the rent are heat, hot water, gas and electric (GREAT VALUE). The Cherokee complex also has a resident manager and laundry in the building in addition to its endless charm in design
