Amenity Fee (per unit): Fee for access to the shared building facilities, including, gym, media room, outdoor areas, recreation area, business center – $65.00/month

Tenants are responsible for electricity, internet/cable (Verizon FiOS, Spectrum & Starry), trash $7/month, water, sewer, gas.

Optional Fees:

Bike Storage (per bike): Fee associated to store personal bicycles – $15.00/month

Pet photo and most recent vaccination records (if applicable, pet fee: $400.00/annually per pet, 2 max. Waived fee if it’s a service animal, need supporting documents).
