99 Avenue B, Unit 4A

Why not have everything at your doorstep?

Apartment 4A is a big, bright one-bedroom that sits at the foot of Tompkins Square Park. With a generous living room, large bedroom, hardwood floors, and five oversized windows, 4A is the perfect respite in the middle of it all. The open kitchen has a Bertazzoni range and dishwasher, and an island could easily be added. Storage is a theme throughout, with large closets and plenty of overhead space.

99 Avenue B is the East Village unicorn: elevator, laundry, storage, bike room, video intercom, and a beautiful roof deck with incredible city views.

Then there’s the location. The park is your front yard. The farmers market, the coffee, the restaurants, the music, and one of the city’s best dog runs to keep your dog’s social calendar packed. Transportation is a breeze with the L, F, J, M, and 6 all close by. Take the scenic route through the park to the L, whether you’re headed to Brooklyn for drinks or Trader Joe’s for groceries. Whole Foods and Target are steps away, easy to pop in quickly on your way home from work.

Space, light, a building that makes life easy, and the best of the East Village just moments away. That’s 4A.
