Oak floors are hand-laid in a herringbone pattern. The kitchen is appointed with custom millwork cabinetry, a suite of Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, and a climate-controlled wine cellar and pantry. The five-fixture primary bathrooms are finished in book-matched Calacatta marble with satin nickel Dornbracht fittings.

By request, an additional bed can be added to the living area, allowing the Residence to accommodate 6 guests.
